Justin Davis is an interaction designer, local IxDA leader and founder of Madera Labs (http://www.maderalabs.com), an independent UX agency based in Tampa, FL. With over 13 years of technology experience, Justin successfully made the leap from an in-house UX position to independent life, building a successful UX practice in the process.
Justin is a passionate designer with a love for entrepreneurship and the dynamics of building a company. Having launched a UX company in two non-mature UX markets, Justin has a unique perspective on how to develop a market for UX in these still-developing technology scenes.
