IA SUMMIT
The IA community is made up of the a diversely experienced list of speakers and workshop leaders. The lineup is shaping up to be stellar.
User researcher and usability consultant Angela Colter has been designing information for people online and in print since 1997. She is a Principal of Design Research at Electronic Ink in Philadelphia. Angela has presented at UPA, Confab, STC and Plain Language Association International conferences, and even contributed to a few chapters in Plain Language in Plain English by Cheryl Stephens, but this is her first time at the IA Summit.
